CONTROL UNITWITH MICROPHONE BLACKEYE™ ONE comes with a small external control unit attached to
the cable. This control unit integrates a high quality microphone for clear and crisp audio, plus a sophisticated power control circuitry which constantly measures the power supply of the camera. An LED indicates
when the battery power gets too low to run the camera. The LED will switch from green to red when it’s time to change the batteries.

EASYPLUG-IN All you need to record your spectacular BLACKEYE™ footage
is an off-the-shelf SD-card recorder, DV-camcorder or Hard Drive recorder. Simply plug the camera into the A/V-in port of your recorder. Put your recorder into your backpack and it will record what the helmet

pack. 8AA batteries provide enough juice for up to 8 hours of use. That’s a lot longer than any battery of a recording device will last. Feel free to either use alkaline batteries or rechargeable
NIMH batteries. (Cut loose from special battery packs and special chargers. Enjoy the freedom of the good old AAs, which are available at any gas station in the outback. In case you’re running out of power...)
PLUGSANDCABLES BLACKEYE™ ONE comes with easy-to-use plugs
and cables. ALL plugs and jacks are self-explanatory. The lenght of the cables is ideal for mounting the camera to your equipment - while you carry your recorder in a backpack for example. The design of the
cables allows you to conveniently disconnect the recorder from the camera without removing the camera from its installation. Get off your bike while leaving the camera where it is.
